JUST SOLD in Harrisburg! I don’t often post these because it’s what I do everyday! Yesterday a friend purchased a house that he will make a HOME for his family. Who you work with matters, let me explain.
Our bomb 💣💰 diggity lender, Tammy Zambito with Movement Mortgage, structured a great loan and provided UPFRONT UNDERWRITING so that when we identified the home he wanted, we could move quickly. (We still needed to wait for appraisal, any possible repairs and title search.)

It took us about 6 weeks of searching
🔎🏡. We wrote the offer and allowed 4 weeks for the process. We got to move the settlement up a week because we were finished with the details. We settled in 22 days❗️ And the lender⁉️ well, she was within $25.61 of her original loan estimate!

Our seller was a young (younger than me by a lot 😂) guy who rehabs several homes per year. His interaction and accessibility throughout the process was great! We actually used his preferred title co (my buyer was cool w that). He uses them because they were like family. The daughter of the title co owner and he worked together in the past - at Olive Garden when they were younger. Prior to getting started with settlement he corrected me when I referred to them both as ‘waiters.’ He said, ‘No Mindi, I was the Busboy!’ What a nice guy with grit and hustle.

Grit and hustle make me smile 🙂 I absolutely ❤️ Love that! I like to say I can spot that in people when maybe they don’t realize they’ve got it. These are the folks who fill my cup 🥛.
