A one-day retreat focused on mindfulness, yoga, and self-awareness is designed to offer a "reset" from daily stress, providing a blend of gentle movement, relaxation, and introspection. You can expect a structured yet nurturing schedule, typically running from morning until late afternoon, aimed at relaxing your nervous system and offering practical tools for self-care.
Typical Daily Schedule
(10 am – 4:30 pm)
⚡️Arrival & Welcoming:
Tea/herbal drinks, introductions, and setting personal intentions for the day.
⚡️Morning Movement:
A gentle Hatha or Vinyasa yoga session to wake up the body and connect breath with movement.
⚡️Inspirational talks and activities plus special offer to an upcoming overseas retreat in 2027.

⚡️Mindfulness/Workshop Session:
A guided workshop exploring topics such as self-awareness, mindfulness, reducing burnout, or journal writing.
⚡️Nourishing Lunch:
Healthy, often vegetarian/plant-based food, usually locally sourced, with time to eat mindfully.
⚡️Afternoon Relaxation: Free time for nature walking, journaling, or quiet reflection.
