A building constructed between 1903 and 1906, with unclear authorship. Batllevell signed the blueprints, and Pi often appears as the author, despite being neither an Architect nor a master builder.
The building feautures a Stone facade. It's most distinctive feautures are two lateral bay Windows, which appears to rest on the canopy of Stone trees -pines or mulberry trees- emerging from the street.
The balustrades of the continuous main-floor balcony are also carved from Stone, while the remaining balcony railings are made of iron, crafted in sinuous, signature Art Nouveau forms.
The Stone carvings and scuptural work are attributed to Didac Mañana Majó.
