🚢 Have you ever tried a 3-night cruise with Ambassador?

I’ve just returned from a 3-night cruise onboard Ambassador Ambience, sailing from London Tilbury to Amsterdam and it reminded me just how much you can pack into a short cruise!

In just three nights we had:

🚢 Time to explore and enjoy the ship
🍽️ Plenty of food and dining options
🍸 Drinks and evenings in the bars and lounges
🎭 Live entertainment
🇳🇱 Two days to explore Amsterdam
❤️ And, most importantly, some proper time away together!

What I love about these shorter itineraries is how versatile they are.

👯 Girls’ trip? Swap the usual hotel break for cocktails, entertainment and a city stop.

❤️ Couples’ getaway? A few nights away, dinner, drinks and somewhere new to explore together.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family time? We did this one as a family and it was such an easy way to spend a few days together while still having plenty to do.

And sailing from London Tilbury means no airport or flight - you board the ship and your break begins. 🚢✨

Having now stayed onboard Ambience myself, I can give you first-hand advice about the cabins, food, entertainment, facilities and what the experience is really like.

Nobody warned me THIS was part of networking in the travel industry… 😂🍹

I went to MKTE in Kenya to meet suppliers, learn more about destinations and make new contacts…

…and somehow ended up making rum mixers on the Barbados stand with a group of people I’d only just met! 🇧🇧🍹😂

One of the things I’ve loved most about working in travel is the people I’ve met along the way. ❤️

And tomorrow it’s time to do it all over again…

Next stop: WTM London! 🌍✈️

If my last travel trade event was anything to go by, who knows what this one will bring 😂

12-seater plane, flying across Kenya to Ol Pejeta… and yes, I could literally touch BOTH sides from my seat! 😳

Slightly terrifying? Maybe.
An experience? 100%. 😂🇰🇪
