The six week countdown is officially on, so what should you be doing between now and then? 🌊 🌊

- This course is absolutely not flat, and the best bit, the hills are in the back half. Get your legs prepped for the climbs AFTER running 25+ kms. Whether it’s strength on tired legs or ensuring the back half of your runs pack some punch, you’ll be grateful for the practice.
- Get your speed work in, you’ll want some oomph for the final few kilometres and ever so slightly rolling hills.
- Practice your fuel, whether it’s 21 or 56kms it’s a long old way and you’ll want some fuel to get you to the end.
- If you’re not travelling with us, make a plan for getting to the start line. You’ll want to know your way around as there’s lots of road closures. If you have booked with us, you can ignore this one as we’ve got you 😏
- But most of all, GET EXCITED. This is one hell of a weekend and one you’ll never ever forget.

Two Oceans isn’t JUST a race weekend, it’s an opportunity to experience Cape Town like never before.
