Leith Market, Dock Place was a fantastic place to visit this am, AND if you have time to visit this pm

Slow Food Edinburgh co-ordinated with Barry Fish Restaurant.

Located nearby at The Shore, they had an excellent pop up, giving free oysters, complete with choice of accompaniments eg fresh lemon or to***co sauce, to promote what I am certain is an excellent nearby fish eaterie

Clicking ability of my fingers naming over 300 photos downloaded from my phone has temporarily become too much. For that reason, I have chosen to write a piece on a recent city break to London to pay our respects to all veterans - both those who did and those who did not return - at the Cenotaph in London on 11th November , proper remembrace day - plus at Victoria Station between platforms 8 & 9, where the Unknown Warrior arrived in London from the Western Front, at 8.32pm on 10th November 1920, before internment in Westminster Abbey the following day.
