Here are just a few signs to look out for:​

🔹 Forgetting names, dates or recent conversations​
🔹 Feeling disoriented in familiar places​
🔹 Struggling to follow or join in conversations​

These changes may seem small at first, but they matter. Spotting the signs early can help families plan ahead, access support, and ensure their loved one’s needs are met with kindness and care.​
