🍕 Is there such a thing as the best pizza in Naples?

In a city where pizza is practically a way of life, everyone has their favourite spot. Some swear by the little neighbourhood pizzerias, others happily queue for the famous names.

But there's something special about sitting down to a freshly baked Margherita in the city where it all began. The soft, charred crust, the tomato, the mozzarella, the basil. Nothing complicated, just a few ingredients done exceptionally well.
And that's one of the things we love most about travelling. Sometimes the best way to get to know a place is simply to taste it.

At Insight Guides we are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of Her Majesty the Queen. Queen Elizabeth II was the most well-travelled British monarch in history and we celebrate this legacy. Our thoughts are with the Queen’s family, the nation and all who grieve her loss.

Ukrainians have been forced into an unprovoked war. Our hearts go out to our Ukrainian friends and all those affected by this devastating conflict.

Watching these heartbreaking events unfold from a distance, it’s easy to feel helpless. But there are small things we can do. We can empower non-profit, on-the-ground organisations to help those affected. Insight Guides supports the Polish NGO HumanDoc Foundation, which is working to evacuate Ukrainians, including children, to safety in Warsaw.
