I was very excited to get this all in one printer. It was extremely easy to set it up with HP Smart. It is smaller by one tray compared to HP Officejet Pro 9020 and the resolution is slightly smaller as well but it is still quick and easy to print with it. I love that it is working with Instant Ink service. The printing quality is perfect especially as I manage about 4 small businesses from home! I also like the fact that it is quiet. This printer is easy to handle in all aspects. I am glad I have chosen this printer which is perfect for our personal and business needs as well. Oh have I mentioned that it takes up smaller space than the old one? Thank you HP for creating such a great product!
