Three days ago… silly hats and sunshine 🍋🍹

Yesterday … sat at Faro Airport after missing my flight 😭✈️

Despite arriving what I thought was “in good time”, passport control queues were absolute chaos. No fast-tracking, no sympathy, no help… just a very cheerful “tough, you voted for Brexit” from one of the officials 😳🇬🇧

Result?
❌ Missed flight
❌7-hour airport wait
❌ Had to buy new flights home
❌ Humbling experience for a travel agent

So when I tell my clients to get to the airport ridiculously early this summer… please listen 😂 I’m not being dramatic. I’m trying to save you from eating airport Pringles for seven hours while questioning your life choices.

Because apparently even travel agents don’t always take their own advice.
