Join us for a summer of yoga at Emmetts with Miranda Taylor!
The next session is TOMORROW - Tuesday 22nd July - 6:15pm.

A community evening of yoga, stretching and relaxation. NEW FOR THE SUMMER - each class finishes with delicious homemade herbal teas and an ayurvedic summer salad.

Everyone is welcome - yogis and beginners alike! Whether you are a horse rider, farmer or regular yogi, Miranda will encourage you to stretch, relax, breathe and ensure better sleep and keep injuries at bay using all the tools of classical yoga. Miranda is highly trained and specialises in using yoga as a therapy.

TRAINING WEEKEND WITH Colleen Hoekstra Knox Dressage - 19TH-21ST SEPTEMBER!

Join us in September for a training weekend with Colleen Hoekstra Knox at Emmetts Equestrian The weekend includes up to five training sessions plus yoga with Miranda Taylor, an evening talk with Amy Cox ACPAT vet physio and more. The full list of inclusions are detailed on our website. Limited spaces are available so advance booking is essential. We offer residential places, non-residential and non-riding places. This camp will provide a fun and supportive environment for enjoying some top quality training with likeminded people.

Happy Father’s Day 💙 I know there are lots who are missing dearly loved Dads and those who are wishing they were Dads, and in honour of them I wanted to say thanks to my Dad who has helped us lots this year (and all the others too)! This cattle grid was a major feat of engineering and ended up meaning two trips all the way from Norfolk. I’m sure he regretted volunteering when he set off with Kay for the second time..! Not one to give up and the greatest of all perfectionists, Dad has built us a cattle grid which will no doubt outlast all of us! 💙

A magical afternoon of feasting with a four course Sundaylunch from the fire 🔥creatively planned and cooked by artist and food lover George Irvine.

Menu:
Welcome drink of bloody mary or summer spritz
Braunton asparagus with house mayonnaise
Rib of beef, roasted root vegetable salad, roast potatoes, jus
Homemade rhubarb & sweet ginger sorbet with a quinnel of vanilla cream
Local cheese board

Come and get Unyoked at Emmetts…. We have two Unyoked cabins - Bert and Henry - which are sitting in honestly amazing locations (which are private from each other) in our valley alongside Kinsford Water and looking out to Hangley Cleave. Solar powered with woodburner, fire pit, real shower, huge windows and really comfy beds. Dogs welcome too!

Dog agility at Emmetts with Exmoor Agility ! 🐾
Were you watching Crufts and thinking you’d like to have a go at dog agility?
Reward based, fun, new classes are starting now! Build a bond with your dog, learn some new skills and have fun. Outside in the warmer months and indoors in the winter-both safe and secure venues.
If you are a complete beginner or have done agility before… everyone and every dog is welcome. Why not get in touch to see what spaces are available!
Thursday and Friday mornings and afternoons plus other days and times can be arranged, group classes, 1 2 1s, various options available to suit all. Kathryn who runs the sessions will also consider evening or weekend classes if there enough numbers. Generally for dogs 12 months old and over. Class for younger dogs also a possibility if enough interest.
