Why haven't we shared it?! Its with Celebrity who we rate very highly and book frequently, its a great price and its in a destination that I talk about all the time!!

However this is one of those offers I feel is to good to be true ! Yes its bookable but for most people when they go to Antarctica they actually want to get off the ship and experience it for themselves!

This is a sail by cruise, so the entire time you are in Antarctica you will be sailing as opposed to immersing yourself in the experience! You will experience ports in other part of the itinerary but for many people they will be surprised to find they cannot step out into the ethereal landscapes of Antarctica!

For a very small handful of people this may work, it does make Antarctica affordable for many more people but I think its really important to understand exactly what you are signing up for.

So if you ever see a trip you love the look of feel free to send it onto us and we are more than willingly to have a chat to see if it truly meets what you are after.

This cruise is fairly priced for what it achieves but its unlikely to actually deliver what you think it might!

Oceania Vista what can I say?! Breathtaking ship from start to finish!

Friday we had the great pleasure of being hosted onboard this beautiful ship, luxury is very overused in the travel industry but this truly was a luxurious experience!

It would be very easy to tell you all the statistics of this ship but I really wanted to highlight how I felt onboard as it was such a warm, welcoming relaxed mood from the moment we stepped on.

The exceptional spaces onboard, the outstanding staterooms and the service the crew delivered were excellent, the food was over and above what I expected.

I was able to speak to some of the guests sailing on her and the feedback was brilliant, many were repeat guests and there were many multi-generational groups of families onboard which I love to see as you know that shows everyone is welcome!

Oceania is known for having the finest cuisine at sea, I was really blown away by the dining and everyone on my table of 6 equally was raving about it, every course seemed better than the last, we all had something different as well to get a real feel. The wine went beautifully with the meal!

We will be sharing a much more detailed review and many many more photos but for now I can only say if you choose to cruise onboard Oceania Vista you are in for such a treat! I cannot wait to get my own holiday booked for this ship ( and her sister ships!).

We had a fantastic day yesterday! It was a day of hearing cruise industry experts share their personal wow cruise moments!

I especially enjoyed hearing from those who have experienced the awe of the polar regions and its made me even more excited for my trip to the Arctic in less than 8 weeks!

We also enjoyed a showcase of some of the entertainment you can see onboard certain ships, P&O brought the magnificent Louise Dearman who is the only actress to have played Glinda and Elphaba in Wicked! You could hear a pin drop when she sang Defying Gravity!

The day was rounded out listening to James Cracknell, his is a tough story to listen to but he showcased how exploring spectacular destinations helped his recovery after his very traumatic brain injury.

Today we have kindly been invited to spend the day on Oceania's beautiful new ship Vista! I am so looking forward to seeing what she has to offer and also to experience once again Oceania's dining which is often referred to as the best at sea!

The weather is glorious so maybe we will have time to sit by the gorgeous pool shown below!

We have been quiet as we are right in the middle of a fantastic cruise conference week! Now all checked in to our hotel for the next few days, if you cruise from Southampton this is a lovely choice, its an older classic hotel but fantastic welcome, comfy clean spacious rooms and the food has been excellent.

A great few days in Portsmouth and fantastic visit to see a very impressive Swan Hellenic expedition ship ( more to follow on that one!).

Now its a few days in Southampton to tour ships and meet with our cruise partners, so looking forward to sharing the updates with you, if you enjoy cruising the future is most definitely bright, some incredible new ships arriving and some brilliant new itineraries and destinations.

Just a dog interrupting a zoom meeting with a tour operator😂😫 because he saw a cat in the background! I will be honest I am looking forward to some peace on my trip next week!

In other news those of you waiting on flights coming into date range for long haul destinations I have sent out emails today with some options for you to look over! We will follow up with you later today!

If you are booked for Japan, South Africa, Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand traveling February to early March these apply mainly to you! We now have the upgraded flight options so plenty of choice so please check your emails!

Just a little heads up, we will be away from the office for all of next week, we will be available of course for those travelling but we will be unable to work on any new quotes.

Of course we are doing everything this week to ensure we are up together and have secured your fantastic trips for existing quotes we have on the go for you!

This time next week we will be boarding SH Vega, a fantastic expedition ship to see what she has to offer!

This is luxury boutique expedition sailing at its best so we are very much looking forward to seeing her!

Next stop will then be the CLIA conference where all of our cruise travel partners come together, its a fantastic opportunity to spend time with our partners and learn all that is new in the industry, its a great event but its day and evening events with very little downtime so we won't be as free to speak as normal.

We will share as much with you as possible as we are visiting a number of beautiful ships that are being brought into Southampton for the event!

Easter 2026 and Summer 2026 are hotting up!! We may not be in Summer 2025 yet but if you are in a position to look ahead we highly recommend it, especially if you are travelling with children in school holidays!

We looked at confirming 2 trips today for 2026, both quoted at the start of the week and the room types we needed were already sold out, so back to the drawing board!

Cruise is especially busy, some ships are over 80% full already!

Breaking News 😍😍

We can't remember the last time we had so many messages about a new travel update! 🤣

The Walt Disney Company have announced a deal with the Abu Dhabi Government to build their seventh park ( a castle park!) on the Persian Gulf.

Its been 15 years since they built a new park so we are very excited to see what they come up with!

It's likely to be called Disneyland Abu Dhabi and will have a feel similar to its other castle parks such as Magic Kingdom in Orlando!

I am enjoying this healthy competition between the big players in the theme park world!

There are no dates as yet for when building work will start so of course no completion date!

It's honeymoon and wedding central here 😍😍!

We spoke to two sets of clients just back from their dream honeymoons! There is nothing better than hearing all about their trips!

Both couples enjoyed classic beautiful beach resort honeymoons but we added a few extras in to really make the most of their trips!

The variety out there is incredible, you can literally go anywhere that works for you, we are currently working with three couples looking at three very different honeymoons!

One couple are combining a very active trip to Abu Dhabi followed by a stay at our favourite Beachcomber resort in Mauritius to relax, the next couple are looking at a fantastic twin centre with Sandals Resorts and then we have the fabulous adventure trip with AE Expeditions exploring closer to home but the equally magnificent outer Hebrides 😍😍!

Three years ago today we were finally (after many cancellations due to Covid) en route to Nashville 😍😍!

It was an epic trip that I will always remember, I genuinely thought it would be a one time trip but I was wrong 😂.

We cannot wait to go back, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy with good friends, you do not need to be a country music fan but a music fan! I have suggested and booked it for so many of you over the years and so many rebook! 😍

We have had so much interest in our recent Mediterranean trip, so I have looked at an almost identical trip but in the main August summer holiday for 2027 ( yes 2027!).

We booked 2 years out to secure the best price and the specific cabins we wanted!

For a 2 week Mediterranean cruise on the same ship, in the exact same cabin staying in a beautiful conservatory mini-suite, sailing from Southampton on the 15th August 2027 its coming in at £7610 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. You will visit Spain, France and Italy!

There are less expensive cabins but I would really recommend this one!

The mini-suite has a queen bed ( this can be a twin) then a sofa bed and a further full size single bed that comes down from the ceiling providing separate beds for the teenagers!

You will also receive £250 onboard credit to use towards speciality dining which we absolutely loved ( its surprising how far this stretches onboard, we had at least 4 evenings in the speciality restaurants and still had credit to use up in the duty free store onboard!).

No flights, no luggage restrictions, unpack only once and just have a fabulous time in the sunshine!

This is a full board cruise and all your entertainment is included this is so wide and diverse there is something for all! So many swimming pools and hot tubs to enjoy! ( Note to self remember to reapply suntan lotion when in said hot tubs drinking cocktails!!)

This is a really fabulous family holiday onboard the lovely ship Arvia! The value for money constantly amazed us and we would struggle to find anything as well priced in a land holiday, I do warn you once you have enjoyed a holiday at sea its hard to go back!

The deposit is 10% and balance will be due 16 weeks prior to departure, however you can pay monthly or maybe make ad hoc payments as you want to!

I have terrible holiday blues following this holiday! I recommend rounding up some friends or family to join you to take it to another level!😍
