A peaceful spring moment in Amanohashidate, Kyoto 🌸
Known as one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views, Amanohashidate becomes even more magical during cherry blossom season. The iconic sandbar, lined with thousands of pine trees, is gently framed by soft pink sakura blooming around the area—creating a dreamy contrast between sea, sky, and blossoms.
Head up to the observation deck and try the famous “Matanozoki” pose—bend over and look at the view upside down to see the sandbar transform into the legendary “Bridge to Heaven.” In spring, the surrounding hills and parks are dotted with cherry blossoms, making the view even more breathtaking.
