We’re so proud to see Sharmila Patel representing The TMA Group as a member of the Leadership Franklin Class of 2026–2027! 👏

Throughout this 10-month program, Sharmila is connecting with fellow community leaders, learning more about the issues shaping Williamson County, and growing as a leader through meaningful conversations and experiences.

Her participation reflects her commitment to leadership, professional growth, and serving our community. She is also the fourth TMA Group team member to participate in Leadership Franklin, following Debbie Henry, Diane Thorne, and Chase Harper.
