Throwback to when this OVP fam picked up their second OVP van.

Their journey has been full of ups and downs, including unexpectedly losing van #1, but they didn’t let that stop the adventure.

Fast forward a year, and they’ve now traveled through more than 30 states in their new van and are absolutely loving life on the road.

We love seeing where our vans take people—but even more, seeing where our OVP families take them. 🤘

The only proper way to build a van floor.

We use 1” Coosa® fiber-reinforced composite board—not plywood, not furring strips, and not construction foam.

That means:
• No wood to absorb moisture.
• No Home Depot foam that compresses over time.
• No screws through the floor that can rust or create squeaks.

Is it expensive? Absolutely. At roughly $440 per sheet, Coosa isn’t the cheap option—but it’s the right one if you’re building for the long haul.

Our Alpine Van Works Floor Kits are now available with pre-cut recessed L-track for our seating systems, making installation cleaner, stronger, and more precise.

Available as a DIY kit or professionally installed at Overland Van Project.
