My fourth and final Disneyland workout may have been my favorite-Power walking in Disney California Adventure.

There is something so magical about an empty park at sunrise 🌅 Our fitness instructor walked us all through the park and pointed out several hidden Mickeys. I love taking the time to appreciate the details and theming on any Disney vacation.

💍This honeymoon couple wanted gorgeous Turks & Caicos water, an all—inclusive resort, and adults-only-BUT they had no idea where to look. For Turks & Caicos, that is a TOUGH ask-there aren’t many all-inclusive, adult-only resorts. There is, of course, the fabulous Beaches Turks & Caicos, but that didn’t fit for this couple.

Instead, I introduced them to Ambergris Cay 🏝️

-Princesses
-Nap while Ryan & AG enjoyed Disney California Adventure animator classes
-Ended the night with swimming, treats, fireworks, & friends 🎆 in the club lounge

Today’s fitness adventures: Sunrise Yoga in Disneyland Park & Paddle Board Yoga at Grand Californian. Spoiler alert 🚨 I did NOT fall off my paddle board.

Lessons learned this morning:
-I struggle going with the flow-Shocking, I know.
-I can do hard things & SO CAN YOU!
-I should do yoga more often.
