When I was in Lima I had many exquisite meals. But a restaurant wasn’t where I had my most memorable meal. It was in the home of local chef

She took us along on her morning market run, including a stop at her local fish monger. When we had all the necessary ingredients we went to her home, where we prepared traditional dishes together and shared a few before it was time to indulge. It was as if we were old friends who managed to pop by at exactly the right time.

You’ll never forget an experience like this. It’s something that you’ll talk about forever.. ❣️

Just booked! ❄️🏔

Our clients wanted to get away somewhere with mountains and snow. They didn’t want to ski or snowboard but wanted plenty of activities. Hmmm… 💭
⠀
Challenge accepted! We put together a great itinerary through which included:

* Private cooking class using local ingredients
* Dog sledding
* Art class
* Massages
* Private yoga classes
⠀
We still made sure they had plenty of time to relax and be cozy. 🥰
⠀
We prebooked all dinner reservations and arranged a private driver to be at their disposal so they don’t have to think about a thing. ✅

Lima on my mind 💭💕

One of the most underrated cities in . Most people only plan a night or two here as a stopover before heading into or out of the country. But they are sleeping on a true gem! 💎
⠀
Lima is a destination in its own right, and I would say you need at least 3 nights to experience all the wonderful things it has to offer. But you could easily spend a week here and never get bored.
⠀
The food is some of the best in the world. But Lima is also full of street art, galleries, and markets. It’s beyond charming! 🍽🖼🌿🌵

With Lima’s rich history, art, and endless gastronomic experiences it’s a destination not to be missed!

was the destination that surprised us the most 😍

Normally it’s associated with the D-Day beaches. And yes, this was an amazing experience. But there is so much more to do! Beyond those beaches you’ll find a pleasant French countryside of rolling hills, speckled with cows, little villages, and beautiful churches. There’s a 36-hole golf course, horseback riding, helicopter tours, balloon rides, and culinary tours on electric bikes. 🐄🏌️‍♂️🐎🚁🎈🚲

Our accommodation was Château La Cheneviére. It’s a lovely property that combines the charms of an old house with the conveniences of a cozy English Manor. In true boutique style every room is uniquely decorated with elegant interiors. 🍃✨

While we didn’t have time to do every activity. One of our favorite experiences was a leisurely morning stroll through the Port-En-Bessin market. Here we found every variety of locally caught seafood, wine, and cheese. It was exquisite! We had to buy some oysters 🦪 of course. So we took our haul back to where the chef shucked and served them for us in their garden restaurant Le Petit Jardin. It was the greatest send off to our next destination…

One night in 🇫🇷

We just returned from a trip through . Our purpose was to see small boutique hotels, or in this case , with amazing gastronomic restaurants. We drove to each destination through the French countryside, which we highly recommend!

We started our journey in the city of love. 💖Usually, we like to start in the big city to get acquainted and hit some tourist spots, and then escape the hustle and bustle to relax.
⠀
Our first property was This beautiful hotel is in the 1st Arrondissment, remarkably located to visit many of the cities major sites. It has a different feel than the “landmark hotels” in Paris. It’s small, quiet, and cozy without compromising on luxury. They have a Michelin star restaurant Le Baudelaire, where we had the best dessert of our lives. 🍰😍
