Sneak Peek at the Trip Packet our clients get before they travel!

We have clients headed to Belize and Universal Orlando this weekend, so we've been busy making sure they have everything they need.

Our clients always get a digital itinerary via phone app (it's awesome).

The ALSO get a printed Trip Packet before they travel. That's right, you get something in your mailbox too!

That's because some clients prefer the digital itinerary, and others prefer everything printed and safely tucked into their carryon. We actually recommend both. 🧳

It's Halloween time at Walt Disney World!

That means Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is happening at Magic Kingdom park, and it's an event everyone should experience at least once.

There's special character meet & greets (like Jack & Sally), trick-or-treating throughout the park, fun themed treats, and Halloween ride overlays.

The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular show happens right in front of the castle, there's a special Halloween fireworks show (Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular), AND the Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade features festive floats and characters!

This special ticketed event sells out. It's too late this year, but if you want to be there next year, let us help! We monitor when the tickets drop so you don't miss your chance.

It's also a pretty great time to ride those rides while everyone else is doing all the things!

Do you stay at unique hotels, or do you prefer something familiar?

We had the chance to stay at a Stoney Creek Hotel last week.

It’s a brand located in the Midwest, and it’s different! A nice break from our usual Hyatt and Marriott.

Modern lodge feel with an eclectic (and sometimes unusual) mix of decor. It’s anything but boring or sterile.

We found some interesting things around our (huge) room! Take a look!

I’m still wondering how they change those lightbulbs… 🤔

✅Universal Orlando annual sales training

We do this every year, and we visit Universal Orlando often (going back in Feb).

We’ve set foot or stayed at the resorts. We’ve explored every corner of the parks… even Epic (twice so far)!

We’ve visited during the holidays, HOT summer, and winter months. We’ve gone with and without Express Passes. We’ve stayed onsite and offsite. We’ve taken babes in strollers, tweens, and young adult kids.

We’re Specialists, and we know what we’re doing.

There's overpacking, then there's theme park overpacking!

I've got 5 things here you should NOT bring to a theme park. I've seen them all!

1 - Hydration Backpack ... thank me later
2 - Extra Shoes ... plan ahead and leave those behind
3 - Cooling Towels & Neck Fans ... hear me out!
4 - Big Bags ... feels like regret
5 - Tons of Food ... you're on vacation! (psst... Disney is A+ allergy friendly)

Spent a night at Tru by Hilton on our road trip to Nashville and it was great!

✅ 2 different types of pillows

A hill I’ll die on…

Clean touch points in your hotel, rental car, and plane seat before you unpack and settle in.

Controversial? Maybe.

We’re admittedly germaphobes over here, but even more so when we travel.

Getting sick on vacation is pretty miserable… we do everything possible to increase the likelihood we’ll stay healthy enough to enjoy our getaway🏝️

Oh, Nashville! 🎶

Spent last weekend in Music City at a conference and shared our hotel with the Philadelphia Eagles team!

Yes - we may have eaten lunch by the team owner and shared elevators with important sports people 😂🏈

Walked along Broadway, ate at the Assembly Food Hall (live music & lots of food options), had an amazing view of the Fist Art Museum and Union Station Nashville from our suite, AND introduced our friends to our favorite ice cream (Handel’s)! 🍦

When you travel, you create memories like these. Even a work conference can be a great adventure!
