There are people who do a job… and then there are people who become the heart of a company.

Today we want to recognize our incredible General Manager, Aaron.

Aaron has poured his heart into Odyssea Adventures, helping build not just a business, but a community. From taking care of our guests and supporting our crew to solving problems behind the scenes and making sure every adventure runs smoothly, his dedication never goes unnoticed.

He’s the kind of leader who shows up early, stays late, and genuinely cares about every person who steps aboard. His passion for the ocean, his commitment to excellence, his faith, and his loyalty to this team have helped shape what Odyssea is today.

Our guests love him. Our crew respects him. And we’re incredibly grateful to have him leading alongside us.
