Your most pressing questions, answered! 🤔

Q : What’s the difference between public and private sails?

A: On our Public Sails: You’ll be enjoying the water with a few other guests on board + one of our captains. Public Sails are limited to 6 guests per boat.

⛵️On a Private Sail: Just your group + one of our captains will be on board. (exclusive sailing experience)

Q: What type of sailboat will I be on?

A: We have 6 boats in our fleet consisting of 40ft, 42ft, and 46ft modern-day sailboats. The brand of boats in our fleet is Catalina and Bavaria. 
Q: Is there a head (bathroom) on board? 🚽

A: Yes! Every single one of our boats is equipped with onboard bathrooms, which are meticulously cleaned multiple times throughout the day to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

🍻Q: Are drinks & snacks included?

A: They sure are! Each of our boats has a fully stocked fridge on board with beers, hard setlzers, soft drinks and waters, plus juice boxes for the kiddos.

And we have light snacks with an assortment of chips and bars on board for you to enjoy as well. (feel free to bring your own favorite bottle of white wine or canned cocktails if you prefer)

Q: Will we see wildlife? 🐋🐬🦭

A: Yes! The waters off Point Loma are teeming with marine life, from sea lions to seabirds, and if you’re lucky, maybe in dolphins!

Right now is even Whale Season! You can spot whales during whale season January-April

🐋 Perfect for spotting whales! From January to April, you can spot gray whales migrating along the coastline as they pass by Point Loma on their way to Baja California on one of our whale-watching sails!

🐬🐦🦭 Active wildlife: The waters off Point Loma are teeming with marine life, from dolphins and sea lions to seabirds, making it a nature lover’s paradise.
