The new Pool Pavilion is wrapping up. We anticipate the completion date to be early September. The photo attached is the final roof product from under the pavilion and it looks awesome!

Courtyard Palms have been installed. Sod started last week and the new pool pavilion is well under way.

Look at the progress!!!! The new pool pavilion is taking shape. The anticipated completion date is late August to early September. Other exciting progress is the vegetation and new refuse areas. The courtyard palm tree installation will be completed by the end of the week with new sod shortly after. Once the sod has been installed, we can begin installing all of our new vegetation!!!! All new top of the line beach and pool furniture has arrived and will be put out very soon. Guests are loving the new pool, tennis and pickleball. The gulf water is absolutely beautiful. We haven't seen the water this crisp and teal for long long time.

Progress everyday at Pointe Santo. The pool island vegetation plan is completed. All five tiki huts have been constructed. New ground floor walkway paver from the parking lots have been completed. Interior and exterior lighting is complete. New grills will be installed in a few weeks along with the start of the construction of our new state-of-the-art open air pavilion. Irrigation is currently being repaired and we expect sod installation to start soon along with our new landscape plan and design.

Exciting New Look Coming to Pointe Santo’s Pool Area
As we continue to rebuild and renew, we want to share some updates about the transformation of our pool area at Pointe Santo. While change often brings mixed emotions, we’re excited about the enhancements that will make this space even more enjoyable for our community.
One significant change is that the clubhouse will no longer be part of the pool area. However, it’s being replaced with a thoughtfully designed pavilion that will elevate the pool experience. The pavilion will feature covered seating, tables, and conveniently located bathrooms, creating a more comfortable and functional space for everyone to relax and gather.
We also want to assure you that the cherished Children’s Program is not going away! While we work toward building our new and improved clubhouse in the future, the program will temporarily be housed elsewhere on the property. Rest assured, it will continue to bring the same joy and enrichment to our younger guests.
Looking ahead, the future clubhouse will be better than ever—designed to meet the needs of our community with modern amenities and spaces to connect and create memories.
We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate this exciting chapter of rebuilding. Stay tuned for more updates, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the revitalized Pointe Santo pool area soon!

I promise, it is not my intention to post updates only when hurricanes are coming. Southwest Florida just can't catch a break. Our staff at Pointe Santo have secured Pointe Santo quickly and efficiently, heck we're used to it, right? Let's hope Milton takes it easy on us!
