These two orca whales charged through the sound and popped up super close to the Silver Lady while we were fishing for king salmon. Fishing was shot for the day, but this show was pretty epic. You can’t beat a day on the water when the wildlife is so fantastic.

We have been out on another adventure this past week, and have had some time on various shores throughout Southeast Alaska. Each location provided something new. When you visit new locations, or even when you’re home, are you interested in the flora and fauna that surrounds you?

We spent a week out with a few great guys who brought along an impressive array of camera equipment. Together we worked to get some epic scenic and wildlife shots. It was so amazing for me to witness such dedication and passion to get the shots that tell the story. More to come on that later.

Plus my own shots will be posted soon, as I get a chance to filter through and edit what I’ve captured.
In the mean time, I am prepping for the next grand adventure. I’ll get to editing and posting once Captain Brian has departed.
