When autumn comes to Hanoi, people think not only of milk flowers, quiet streets, and colorful flower vendors, but also of cốm, young green rice.
Bánh cốm, made with chewy green rice and sweet mung bean filling, is a simple yet delicate treat that captures the flavors, traditions, and spirit of Hanoi.
