A strenuous mountain traverse along the Swartkop mountain ridge that offers dual-ocean views of both the Atlantic and False Bay.Distance: Approximately 11 kilometres (point-to-point).

Time: 5.5 to 6 hours.Difficulty: Hard / Challenging.Highlights: Passing the historical Anglo-Boer War blockhouse ruins at Blockhouse Gap, reaching Swartkop Peak (678m), and light rock scrambling.
