Cape Agulhas – Where Two Oceans Meet!

Our latest tour took guests to one of South Africa's most iconic destinations – the breathtaking Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of the African continent.

Many people believe Cape Point is Africa's southern tip, but it's actually Cape Agulhas that holds this title. It is also the official point where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet, making it a bucket-list destination for travellers from around the world.

The historic Cape Agulhas Lighthouse, first lit in 1849, has guided sailors safely through these famously rough waters for more than 175 years. Built after numerous shipwrecks along this dangerous coastline, it remains one of South Africa's most treasured landmarks.

It seems our CEO just couldn't wait for the next adventure, so he grabbed the hose and got straight to work, giving one of our coaches a well-deserved rinse!

Today, our Johannesburg team at Hylton Ross Exclusive Touring proudly honoured Nelson Mandela Day by dedicating their 67 Minutes to making a difference.

Together, our staff collected and donated groceries and essential toiletries to Casa Caritas, supporting the incredible work they do in caring for those in need.

We believe that even the smallest act of kindness can have a lasting impact, and we are proud to play a part in uplifting our community in the spirit of Ubuntu.

67 Minutes of Kindness 🐾❤️

For Nelson Mandela Day, the Hylton Ross Exclusive Touring team spent our 67 minutes at the Animal Anti-Cruelty League, giving back to those who cannot ask for help themselves.

With donations of much-needed pet food, gentle hands, and loving hearts, we were reminded that compassion has no boundaries. Every wagging tail, every grateful purr, and every life touched is a reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make a world of difference.

As Nelson Mandela said, "There can be no greater gift than that of giving one's time and energy to help others." We believe that this spirit of service extends to every living being.

Today, we proudly celebrate an incredible milestone as Dale marks 10 years of dedicated service with the Cullinan Transport family.

Dale's journey is a true reminder that passion, hard work, and determination can take you anywhere. Starting out at just 19 or 20 years old as a hotel porter, he soon moved into the concierge desk, where his love for tourism and transport began to grow.

Assisting guests, arranging transfers, and selling tours sparked a passion that would shape his career.

In 2016, Dale joined the Cullinan Transport family as a Junior Day Tour Consultant.

Through dedication, a willingness to learn, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he continued to grow into charter consulting and operations, gaining valuable knowledge across many areas of the business.

Today, we celebrate not only 10 years of service but also the incredible person behind the achievement. Dale, your commitment, professionalism, and positive attitude have made a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful to have you as part of the Hylton Ross family.
