WELCOME!! Sixteen years ago, I boarded a plane to Cambodia for the very first time. I thought I was going to make a difference in someone else's life.....I had no idea God was about to change mine.
If you're new here, welcome. I'm Amanda, the person behind Kingdom Tours
And the truth is, Kingdom Tours isn't a big travel company. It's just me, following a calling that God placed on my heart many years ago.
What began as a single trip has grown into a journey that has taken me back to Cambodia again and again. Over the years I've had the privilege of leading student teams, women's teams, educators, volunteers, families and travellers into experiences that go far beyond sightseeing.
I've watched young people discover courage they didn't know they had.
I've watched people encounter poverty and injustice, yet come home with a deeper understanding of hope and love.
I've watched lives changed through simple conversations, shared meals, unexpected friendships and moments that only God could orchestrate.
Cambodia has taught me so much about resilience, faith, generosity and the dignity that exists in every person.
It has also taught me that travel can be more than a holiday.
It can be a classroom.
A mission field.
A place of growth.
A place where God gently reminds us that His Kingdom is so much bigger than our own little corner of the world.
Today, Kingdom Tours exists to create meaningful journeys that connect people with culture, community, history, faith and purpose.
