Well I have finally seen what this world is coming to
Went to the bank of Nova Scotia today to deposit a Cheque . And no I could not just take a photo as on a US bank . On arrival about 6 people in line and was told by one of the person in line that the bank teller line was going to close in 5 min as they were short of staff and they had already been waiting over an hour to get service
I asked if they were going to finish the line before closing and was told no they were going to kick us all out
Now you look and there is one teller who does not seem to be very experienced as the manager who by the way was just sitting at his desk behind the teller line had to keep coming up to help her with the one customer she was working on even to the point he had to show her how to use the money counting machine.
So waited a couple minutes and the manager addressed the line and said that the teller line was closing and would reopen in an hour I believe so the one overworked teller could take a break
As well the manager when questioned also mentioned this might not be a one off and get use to closures due to staffing
So I think I have seen it all a Bank that revered establishment not able to take your money during Buissness hours
