🍍 Where have you just come back from and why did you go there?
After over a year and a half with no traveling (which is very unusual for me), I decided it's time to feed my travel bug again :) My longtime friend and colleague for the travel industry told me he's guiding a group to the Azores and I decided to come along. With decorated streets in Ponta Delgada, delicious pineapple and cheeses that are the main products on Sao Miguel island (the biggest one of the archipelago), amazing view points, untouched nature, Fado, local food, the Azores are here to awake all of your senses and remind you to find beauty in this world.

🍍What was your best experience?
Out of all wonderful experiences we had, I would say the White party was the highlight! On the first Saturday in August, only once a year, the whole town and its visitors are invited to dress all in white and attend a party on the streets organized by the municipality of Ponta Delgada. DJs playing on the pier, live band smashing it on the main square, every street has its own performer/music, street bars everywhere, atmosphere like I never experienced before, out of this world.

🍍What was your favourite meal?
My favorite food, by far, pineapple :) Do you know it takes 2 years for a pineapple to grow? Azores have the best you could ever taste.
