Last Park Fit at SPark South Park this coming Thursday.

Thursday is the LAST Park Fit with MTC and Matthew Rigby PT and the last Park Fit for the foreseeable whilst we re-group and find someone new.

Feel free to add your requests for the last session - do you want to re-do the fitness test, do you want circuits or a big group session?

There will be paper copies of the Park Fit survey for people to complete at Thursday night's session, but apart from that, just bring yourself and a drink. 6-6:45pm at the bandstand in South Park.

Macclesfield Town Council's Litter Pick happening next Wednesday 26th July at 6pm.

Next week multiple groups in town are coming together to have a litter pick in the run up to our Britain in Bloom judging.

We know that people should be using litter bins rather than the pavement to dump their rubbish, but we also know that not everyone is a decent human!

Want to get involved? Then come along! No previous experience is necessary, all equipment will be provided for you, and you can take pride in leaving the town looking it's best.
