Brightening your Monday with holiday pics ☀️ we had a super sunny week in Bournemouth where highlights included Bennetts Water Garden (which was described as “peaceful”, “beautiful” and “calm”), a guided tour of the 18th century shipbuilding village at Buckler’s Hard (with interesting links to Nelson) and a scenic journey on the Swanage Railway.

Retired owner of Shaws, Jane, still can’t resist a spot of “work” every now and again. She highly recommends East Ruston Old Vicarage in Norfolk, so of course we had to feature it as a brand-new visit this summer!

🗨️“So good we had to go back and see it again, and it did not disappoint! Starting from a two-acre plot that wasn't even a garden, what the two owners have achieved here is truly remarkable. A fabulous mix of all kinds of plants, shrubs and trees is complemented by the soft and hard landscaping that surrounds each different section. Will we be going back for a third visit? You betcha!”

🏆Posh Legends take the win against the all-star celebs at this year’s Football vs Cancer which raised thousands of pounds for local charities - Anna's Hope and In Sue’s Name.

🌟Team managers Razor Ruddock and Paul Canoville provided great entertainment from the dugout with the likes of former Welsh footballer turned TV pundit John Hartson, Ultra Runner and BB winner Akeem Griffiths and Grange Hill legend Lee Hanning putting in great performances on the pitch.

💙🤍We’re proud to support Football vs Cancer with transport for this year’s hugely successful event, well done to all involved🤍💙

🐾 We travelled a bit further afield this week, venturing into the Himalayas, the Arctic and the African Savanna at the UK's no.1 walk-through wildlife park with conservation at its heart 🐾 thanks for a lovely day Yorkshire Wildlife Park

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Golden sunsets, bright red puffin beaks, deep pink rhododendrons and crystal clear rapids - Wales you were wonderful! The 700ft ascent on the Ffestiniog Railway and to the top of the Great Orme revealed two picture-perfect vistas, the famous laburnum arch at Bodnant Garden was just starting to flower and a Seacoast Safari allowed us to see puffins and Atlantic seals in their prime!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Will Wales be on your 2026 tick list? Spend summer on The Gower including visits to Tenby and The National Botanic Garden of Wales, or spend autumn in Snowdonia and climb 1,085m above sea level on the Snowdon Mountain Railway! 🏰The Tower of London remains one of our all-time most popular destinations! An iconic castle full of legendary tales. We were dazzled by the sparkling Crown Jewels, met the guardian ravens, got up close to Henry VIII’s armour and so much more!

💫The sky’s the limit on our Great Days Out! We loved our weekend trip to the first air show of the season at Shuttleworth. The awesome aircraft were perfectly complemented by vintage vehicles on the ground, we even got to snoop around the Jacobean mansion.

🍀Well didn’t we have the “Luck of the Irish” with the weather🍀A gorgeous week exploring the Emerald Isle. We visited Kylemore Abbey (a unique, lough-side, Victorian castle), listened to traditional Irish music at Glen Keen Farm, sailed over to Clare Island and even nipped into Dublin.
