RIVA Project R.I.V.A Project Recreational, Imaginative, Vocational Activities for people with disabilities.

Hello, we're RIVA (Recreational Imaginative Vocational Activities). Formed in 1998 as a 'youth club' style provision for young adults living with disabilities. Now RIVA encompasses a training room teaching independent living skills, a range of arts and crafts and lots of other fun activities, as well as visiting the local gym, cycling 4 all and other external trips for adults with learning disabil

ities. Students can also gain retail, customer service and social experience in our sister charity The Riva cafe and charity shop. Our opening times are 9am-3pm Monday till Friday for 50-week contracts at a time. If you are interested please contact [email protected] or call us on 0114 3270808 to arrange a visit.

UPDATE GATES AND ROAD NOW OPEN

Due to road works again today on Rural lane the gates are closed, they should only be a couple of hours. This is all the information we have, we are as frustrated as you are 😔

What an amazing day spent with and at the Disability services sports day 2025, was a hit. 🏅 we've had relay races, egg and spoon, ball games, boccia, connect 4, parachute games, rounders, football, eaten lovely food, danced and sang. Roll on 2026
