What’s all the chatter? 4205 Burnt Creek Loop!

🎃 Papa’s Pumpkin Patch has a big announcement, and 🎃 Big news! After 42 magical seasons, Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is passing the baton (“and for now, the location!”) — and the story couldn’t be more perfect.

But first — A VERY BIG THANK YOU. 🧡 Thank you for bringing your children, and then bringing their children. Thank you for making Papa’s more than just another pumpkin patch — you made it a tradition, a gathering place, and a cherished piece of what makes Bismarck-Mandan home.

We are so in debt and full of gratitude to our close family, friends, partner organizations, long-time and one-time volunteers (thousands) that helped create this magical place. All have a stake in what has hosted over a million guests. We couldn’t have done this without you! We are humbled and grateful beyond words. You are the MAGIC….

Some 30 years ago, a young boy named Chase rode his pony to Papa’s behind his Grandpa Al. He and his siblings started offering pony rides (literally) out of their pockets. And by days’ end…out spilled too many crumpled up DOLLAR BILLS. Dad made Chase share the profits with Papa, and the story was so “entrepreneurial” it’s become a 30-year tradition and partnership! “It has been my dream since I was 11 years old,” Chase says. We can say some dreams come true.

Now, Chase and Grandpa Al’s Hayrides are taking the reins of Papa’s Pumpkin Patch. 🐴🍂 Same magic. Same community, New chapter, NEW PLACE (same as COVID year) 🍂 See you in the patch this fall!

That’s a Wrap on the 2025 Season! Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is officially closed for the season — and what a season it has been! 🍂 From sunny afternoons to muddy boots and laughter echoing through the bale maze, every moment was made special because of you — our guests, volunteers, family, friends, and community. 💛

We’re so thankful for everyone who came to play, helped out, donated, shared photos, or simply brought smiles through our gates. Each of you is part of what makes Papa’s so magical year after year.

Until we meet again next fall, we wish you cozy days, warm hearts, and happy memories from your time at the patch. 🌻🎃

Good morning and happy Saturday! It’s the Final Day at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch!

Today’s your last chance to play, explore, and make memories at Papa’s before the season closes! We’re open from 12–7 PM. The weather is great so come soak up one more magical day of fall fun.

🎟️ All ticketed activities open from Noon–6 PM
🎭 Family-friendly Costume Parade at 2 PM — meet at the Brown Barn!
🎃 Shop remaining pumpkins, gourds & goodies before they’re gone!

Friendly reminder: Papa’s is a non-scary zone — please keep costumes fun and friendly! (We may ask guests to remove scary masks or props.)

🎃🍁 It’s the final Friday of the season at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! 🍁🎃 We’re open for play from 12–7 PM, and the weather is just right for one more day of fall fun! Come climb, slide, swing, and make those last sweet memories of the 2025 season. 💛

Grab a pumpkin and a few cookies, snap those family photos, and soak up the magic of Papa’s before we close for the year. We’re so grateful for everyone who’s made this season so special! let’s finish it off with big smiles and full hearts! 🌻

Papa’s is feeling extra thankful this Thursday! 🍂💛As we wrap up another incredible year, we want to take a moment to share our gratitude for some very special people who helped make the patch shine this fall.
🎃 The Hagel Family from Bismarck kicked off our season with generosity, delivering more than three overflowing pallet bins filled with pumpkins and gourds! For several years now, this amazing family has shared their harvest and good spirits with Papa’s — we’re so thankful for their kindness and continued support.
💛 The family of Steve Nelson also touched our hearts this season. Steve lovingly grew giant pumpkins but sadly passed away before harvest. His family donated those pumpkins to Papa’s in his memory, and they quickly became a favorite at the patch — selling out within a week. We’re deeply grateful for their thoughtfulness and wish them peace and comfort as they remember their loved one.
🌽 And a special thank-you to our wonderful neighbors and volunteers, Leonard (Jerry) and Carrie Rohr, who delivered Steve’s pumpkins and shared even more beauty from their garden with decorative corn and squash. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!
We’re truly surrounded by the best community, one that gives, grows, and gathers together. 💕 From all of us at Papa’s, thank you for filling our hearts (and our patch!) with so much love and gratitude this season.

🎃🍂 It’s the Final Week at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! We can hardly believe it. It’s the last Thankful Thursday of the season! Come out tomorrow Thursday, Oct. 23 from Noon–7pm for just $4 per person and enjoy one more magical fall day at the Patch.

🎃🧡 Then join us Saturday, Oct. 25 from Noon–7pm for our final day to play and snag your remaining pumpkins and fall goodies!

🎟️ All ticketed activities will be open Saturday, 12–6pm, so make it a day of fun, laughter, and memory-making!

👻 Don’t miss our Family-Friendly (non-scary!) Costume Parade at 2pm — meet at the Brown Barn and show off your creative outfits! (We kindly ask for no scary masks or props).
