Last night was an award winning night for our Chef Rosie.

We are delighted to announce that at this years charter yacht show she came away with not one but TWO prizes.

2nd in the highly contested cocktail competition where she was up again 23 of the most talented yacht mixologists.

She also came runner up against the best BVI chefs in the Appetiser section of the culinary contest with her Tuna Crudo dish.

It’s DAY 3 of the cysbvi charter yacht show!

Today we saw Chef Rosie compete in the cocktail competition where she impressed the judges with the S’mores Rum Old Fashion. Keeping it local with of local BVI honey, Grenadian Chocolate. DELICIOUS!!

DAY 2 of the was all about the FOOD!

To begin Chef Rosie entered the culinary competition (photos coming soon) now we cross our fingers as we await the results.

Followed by a broker cocktail party where all the talk was about Chef Rosie’s canapés. From pastry twirls, ahi tuna tartar, flank steak bites and much more all topped off with one of Captain Adam’s raspberry mojitos! A great night had by all!!

DAY 1 of the saw us enter the tables-cape completion, sponsored by House (BVI).

Chef Rosie showed off her “Disco Dreamscape” in the monochrome theme which captured the theme of CELEBRATION,as we all know that celebrating those special moments is a very important part of your charter yacht vacation.

And yes, Rosie made that hanging floral, disco ball cloud!

Introducing Chef Rosie!

You will always find Chef Rosie in the galley creating new and exciting dishes to wow her guests with!

Rosie has always grown up around boats and is from the home of sailing in the UK; Cowes, Isle of Wight. In her early 20s she was known to be racing in J80’s & classic yachts in the Solent along with volunteering herself on mile building trips across the Bay of Biscay.

Rosie began her on the water yachting career back in 2018 where she was a Captain in Croatia. Here she met Adam and therefore decided to retrain as chef as she has always had a passion for food.

She professionally trained at the prestigious Ashburton Chef academy and previously she worked in the wine industry. By combining these skills she has become a well known yacht chef in the BVI where she released her first cookbook app “baking on boats” during the Covid lull of 2020.

In her spare time Rosie loves to travel which is a huge influence to her food, hike, play tennis and be around animals especially her little dog when she is at home.

“I can’t wait to get in the galley of Ebb & Flow to take our guests on a culinary adventure whilst we sail around the pristine waters of the beautiful BVI”

The countdown to the new season is very much on! Let’s meet Captain Adam who will be at the helm of EBB & FLOW this season!

Adam is from the UK and has been Captain of charter yachts for over 10 years across the Mediterranean & Caribbean. This will be his sixth season in the BVI alongside his fiancé and Chef Rosie.

Adam began Watersports from an early age and was always out on the water whenever he could be. After completing his degree in International Computer Science, he soon realized that “office life” was not for him. Adam missed the outdoor life from his younger years and retrained as a Watersports Instructor. As his career progressed he entered the yachting industry and worked as a Captain and Yacht Team Manager. Before working in the Caribbean he spent many years combining his summers working on yachts with winters’ managing hotels and bars in European Ski resorts. This is where his love of cocktails blossomed!

In Adam’s spare time he loves to travel and wing foil. His favourite BVI island is Norman Island for the varied snorkelling and hiking.
