Our annual Straight Away Travel summit has officially wrapped, and I’m leaving this weekend feeling inspired, grateful, and so excited for what’s ahead!🤩

This weekend was so much more than a conference. It was a weekend full of learning, growing, making connections, strengthening relationships, and being reminded why I absolutely LOVE what I do!! We had the opportunity to learn from so many incredible travel partners and industry experts, soak up new ideas, and bring home even more knowledge to use when planning YOUR vacations✈️🏰🚢🌴

And of course… we had plenty of fun along the way! From the cocktail party and catching up with fellow agents, to getting dressed up for our formal dinner and award celebration, there were so many moments that made this weekend special. There may have been a little dancing, a lot of laughing, and definitely some memories made. 🥂✨

Congratulations to everyone who was recognized, you all work so incredibly hard, and it was so fun getting to celebrate your accomplishments together!👏🏼

One of my favorite things about this business is that although we are all running our own businesses, we don’t have to do it alone. This weekend was such a great reminder of the incredible community of agents, suppliers, and mentors surrounding me who I consider great friends. I’m heading home with a full heart, a notebook FULL of ideas, and so much excitement for what’s next!

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so memorable—and especially to Barb for putting so much time, heart, and effort into bringing all of us together. ❤️

I’m headed to Straight Away Travel’s 3rd Annual Summit tomorrow and this year’s theme is “Welcome Home” where we will all be meeting at our home base just outside of Charlotte!

There is SO much that goes into being a great travel advisor behind the scenes, and this weekend is one of my favorite opportunities each year to learn, connect, and grow so that I can continue bringing the very best experiences to my clients.

Our agency owner, Barb, has worked incredibly hard to bring together 𝟐𝟑 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒍 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒔 for one weekend of education, networking, relationship-building, and inspiration.
