Labor Day is when travel dreams take shape…here’s what you should be keeping in mind:
1️⃣ Spring Break 2027 planning is now and if you’re hankerin’ for a deal, you should be thinking 2028 or 2029. Especially for cruises and larger families like mine, you’ll save thousands with a small deposit.
2️⃣ Most trips I book, I can honor future promotions - so don’t “wait for the sale” plan now and be excited when savings come along.
3️⃣ If European Summer has been on your list, but either the heat or crowds scare you - it’s there for Spring Break too - and aside from Easter week, it’s low travel season. Skipping the crowds? April-May is when you want to go.
4️⃣ Airfare prices have gone DOWN (finally) it’s a good time to buy.
5️⃣ If you want to leave the country, a great average budget is $1000 per adult, per day (which includes flights) then we can factor in the kids.
6️⃣ All inclusive resorts are mainly in Mexico, Dominican, Jamaica, and St. Lucia - other places there’s a few great ones, but looking at hotels and purchasing food your dollars go much further.
7️⃣ Countries like Iceland, Portugal, Canada, and the South Pacific aren’t pipe dreams - they are great alternatives to Alaska, Hawaii and Europe where your dollars go further.
