TOUGH MORNING

Had four guys out this morning to go perchin and things have been fantastic

Well today EVERYWHERE we went was filled with alewives and not many perch.

We only mustered up 30 perch and 1 nice bluegill

We had beautiful weather and a great crew of guys but today the fish were MIA.

To be honest, I don’t know where they went but I’m gonna have to go find them

I offered the crew to go back out this evening on me to try to get more but they said “it’s fishing and we had a good time” so that’s how it will end today

3 of my crew choose to not be in the picture so Jim was the willing participant for a pic

Most days we win but today the fish beat me as the captain

I sure HATE it for my people but thankful they had a good time and the crew was AMAZING.

Thank you guys for making the trip and being so kind to us and for your generosity

Hopefully we will get revenge next time

Trip 2

LIMITS for this crew this afternoon!

Had Todd, Tom, Buzz and Scott out this afternoon for the first afternoon perch charter and had told them we had only been fishing mornings but we shall see how it goes.

After scouting last night with the family I was definitely more confident.

Well, they didn’t come “easy” but they came with some work

Managed to send this crew home with 100 perch, 1 pike and 1 nice bluegill

Another great crew aboard once again this afternoon

We are so thankful to have such great people fish with is and both crews today were just that!

Thank you guys for coming out with us once again and for your wonderful generosity!

TRIP 1

What a beautiful morning with a great family.

We don’t get the see the Schafer family as much as we used to as the boys are all growing up and in sports now so we are thankful any chance they get to come out and catch up on the boys growing up and what they are doing now

They were fortunate enough to take advantage of the opening this morning and we were thankful to have them aboard again!

Things were tough today as we had to constantly keep moving in order to catch fish but that’s what they did!

104 perch, 1 sunfish, 1 nice 32” pike.

Lots of keepers bounced off the side of the boat this morning that swam away! 🤣🤣🤣

It was fun harassing the boys and teaching them how to read the live scope! I think they need one mom and dad 🤣🤣

Another fun morning spent on the water catching fish with great people

We thank Abe and Ashley to continue to bring yourselves and the boys out with us. It’s always a pleasure.

PERCH PERCH AND MORE PERCH

Today the wind was definitely a kick in the teeth and killed the trolling motor battery pretty early in the trip running on 10 to keep the spot lock on.

We had to make some adjustments and figure out a new game plan but got it done

Started off as fast as they could go and then died on us

Made some slides that amounted to some fish but not good enough

Made a big move and found fish. Good, right? Trolling motor dies

Ok time to get out of the wind somewhere

Had to find fish in a spot we haven’t fished but guess what? BINGO!!

Landed on a PILE O FISH

Ended the morning with 122 perch and 2 bluegill for this wonderful family.

The banter was deep with these boys on the boat. 🤣🤣🤣

Had a great time with this family and we hope they had fun as well!!

We are going to try a walk-on perch trip for MONDAY morning!

$175 a person, the more people that sign up, the cheaper it can get

SUNDAY MORNING IS OPEN!

What are you waiting for??

Trishia and I went on a scouting mission to find some more perch spots this morning and YAHTZEE!!

Studied the map and had a few spots picked out to look in case the other spot died!

MONEY MONEY MONEY!

Landed right on em and as fast as we could get the line down another fish!!!

All 8-10” perch this morning. PERFECTION!

LIMITS IN MINUTES!!!!

Caught over 150 keepers in 2 hours with just the two of us keeping our 50 and a nice bluegill

Come on folks, weather is PERFECT on Sunday and Monday!

PERCHIN LIMITS!!

Had a GREAT crew out this morning that was a new crew and we had a blast!

We were blessed with not only a great crew but GREAT weather as well

Oh ya, and LIMITS of perch

They got their 100 and Trishia and I fished along with them after we got them going and we finished with 136 perch!

Totals were

136-perch
3-bluegill
1-pike
2-white perch

I would say a VERY successful morning indeed!

We can’t thank Mark, Dennis, Danny and Ellie enough for coming out this morning and your incredible generosity towards us!

Good morning everyone

I just wanted to put our prices out there and what we are doing right now

SALMON FISHING OUT OF MUSKEGON MI

Prices are as follows

$750 for up to 4 people and $150 a person after 4 up to 6

Those are 6 hour morning trips

$650 for up to 4 people and $150 a person after 4 up to 6

These trips are 5 hours and are afternoon/evening trips

We are also doing WALK-ON trips for $200 a person. 2 people minimum and we will run the trip
