What I actually need to begin a quote
I hear this a lot: "I don't even know where to start." Good news β you don't need a fully formed plan to start working with me.
Here's what actually gets a quote moving:
π A destination or two you're drawn to. Doesn't have to be locked in β "Italy or maybe Greece" is plenty to start narrowing things down.
π
Your real date flexibility. Fixed vacation days, or room to shift a week for better pricing, weather, or fewer crowds?
π₯ Who's traveling. Just the two of you, a milestone trip, the whole family β this changes almost everything about how the trip gets built.
π« Any deal-breakers or non-negotiables. Won't fly red-eye, need to avoid a certain season, traveling with someone who needs step-free access β tell me now so I'm not wasting your time with options that were never going to work.
β¨ What you actually want out of the trip. Slow mornings and good food? Non-stop adventure? A specific bucket-list moment? This is the piece that turns a generic itinerary into the right one.
Give me those five things, and I can start doing the real work β comparing options, checking availability, catching the fine print β so you're not the one buried in fifteen browser tabs.
As a Travel Specialist with Savvy Travel Group, this is the part I actually love. Send me a message with what you've got, even if it's rough, and let's get started.
