Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to experience taiko drums, right here in Talkeetna AK at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar! Through taiko, Japanese folk dance, song, and personal story, Unit Souzou will guide the audience through a four-part journey inspired by experiences of isolation and displacement that come from not having an easy sense of home. Saturday, March 22nd - Doors open at 6:30pm, Show starts 7pm.

This Saturday in Talkeetna!

Blackwater Railroad Company takes the stage at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar after the Talkeetna Bonspiel on Saturday, February 15th. Hailing from Seward, Alaska, this band blends folk, bluegrass, rhythm and blues, and country influences to create upbeat covers and catchy originals that guarantee a warm, cheery evening. Doors open at 7pm and the music starts at 8pm.
