Our Community Guidelines
- Sharing the Road: To keep things fair and efficient, our app automatically shares out trips across the whole Gauteng region. While we always try to find trips close to home, please be ready to help out across the region.
- Your Safety Matters: Your peace of mind is our top priority! To keep you safe, we don't take random passenger requests. Instead, we partner exclusively with trusted corporate clients to transport their staff safely during night shifts. We are so proud to share that this care has kept our community completely safe with a zero-incident record since 2017.
- Reliable Journeys: Trips are offered directly through the app while you are online. To ensure we provide great service together, once you accept a trip, we ask that you stick with it. Please note that canceling within 120 minutes of the time is not permitted, and regular cancellations may mean we have to sadly part ways.
Viva Driver Rates (Per Kilometer, Excluding Admin Fees)
- 0–20km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R8.00 | Quantum: R12.00 | 22-Seater: R15.00
- 21–30km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R7.50 | Quantum: R11.50 | 22-Seater: R14.50
- 31–40km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R7.00 | Quantum: R11.00 | 22-Seater: R14.00
- 41–50km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R6.50 | Quantum: R10.50 | 22-Seater: R13.50
- 51–60km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R6.00 | Quantum: R10.00 | 22-Seater: R13.00
- 61–70km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R5.50 | Quantum: R9.50 | 22-Seater: R12.50
- 71–80km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R5.00 | Quantum: R9.00 | 22-Seater: R12.00
- 81–90km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R4.50 | Quantum: R8.80 | 22-Seater: R11.50
- 91–100km: Sedans/Hatchbacks/7-Seaters: R4.00 | Quantum: R8.00 | 22-Seater: R11.00
Note: Fares are calculated using the most economical Google Maps route to ensure fairness for everyone.
If a client cancels after you arrive and they were the only booking, a R70.00 no-show fee applies to help cover you. If there are other passengers on the booking, the fee won't apply, but you will still be compensated for the kilometers traveled so your time and fuel are looked after.
A Few Helpful Notes
- Independent Contractors: We enjoy a flexible relationship, meaning you partner with us as an independent contractor.
- Vehicle Care: Keeping your vehicle running beautifully is looked after by you.
- Showing Up for the Team: We rely on each other to keep moving, so missing a scheduled shift without notice may result in losing that day's earnings or your spot in our community.
- Professional Conduct: We love maintaining a positive environment, so we reserve the right to end partnerships if behavior doesn't align with our shared values.
- 24/7 Support: Our wonderful control team is always here for you around the clock for any training or journey questions!
Payment Details
- Monthly Schedule: We ensure your hard work is rewarded on the 10th of every month for the previous month's trips.
- Fees: A monthly admin fee of R500.00 applies. There is an additional R500.00 Benoni Taxi Association fee only if you choose to operate in the East Rand (CIPLA Pharmaceutical Company).
