🐔🌿 Home-ed parents, you NEED to know about this! 💚

We visited the most wonderful farm today offering animal keeper sessions for home-educated children, either in groups or one-to-one! 🐾

It’s all about hands-on learning — caring for chickens and other animals, building confidence, connecting with nature and learning through actually doing. They even provide activity packs so the learning can continue at home! 📚🐓

The lovely lady behind it is neurodivergent herself, which makes her passion for creating a welcoming, understanding space for children even more special. 💜

A tiny spiky thing got in the shoes. 🌵👟

So obviously the only reasonable solution was…

SHOES OFF. 🦶😂

And back we walked — barefoot, over ALL the spiky stuff.

Because apparently that was preferable. 🤷‍♀️🤣

🌏💛 One conversation can spark something much bigger.

While travelling in Australia, I spoke with a wonderful parent of an autistic child who was on his way to Bali.

That conversation inspired us to make our link-to-lanyard attachment available in four languages:

🇬🇧 English
🇹🇭 Thai
🇮🇩 Indonesian
🇨🇳 Mandarin

Because communication needs don’t stop at borders. ✈️🌍

Something small to carry. Something that could make a big difference when travelling, asking for help, or simply navigating an unfamiliar place.

Would anyone else be interested in truly gentle clothing? 💙

My son struggles so much with sensory clothing. Even clothes specifically designed to be sensory-friendly haven’t worked for him — and we’ve spent hundreds of pounds trying different options.

Labels have to come out. Seams bother him. Clothes end up being worn inside out. Some fabrics are simply too thick or uncomfortable.

So we’ve decided to create our own. 🧵✈️

Another wonderful camping adventure! 🏕️💚 This time we got to try out our new pop-up tent, and of course Ducky came too! 🦆

We found an amazing rope swing over the river 🌳💦 Ducky was a little nervous about properly swimming in the river, but still had lots of fun!

We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner 🥩, had a BBQ 🔥, played in the park, had a few games of Snap 🃏 and, best of all, spent some lovely quality time together.

Nothing beats getting outdoors, making memories and enjoying the simple things. 🥰 We had such a great time listening to the rain this morning and watching bats fly in & out of the trees 🏕️🦆❤️
